FMHS (Family Mental Health Support) is located in Effingham, Illinois, and is a grassroots support organization comprised of local people with mental health experiences within their own families to share with other families. Our offices have a relaxing atmosphere to sit and unwind with games, puzzles, and good conversation. We also provide families support through monthly meetings, educational resources, and personal experiences.
